Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy

Please allow up to 24-48 hours for processing after placing an order (excluding weekends and national holidays). Keep in mind we cannot guarantee items you added to your cart are in stock. With that being the case, if items are sold out we will notify you via email regarding your order.

When placing your order, we will provide you with shipping options but you will not be charged until after the order processing is completed. A tracking number will be provided once processing is completed. Please note, that the tracking number will update once the package is received and processed through the carrier's system.

 

Returns

All items are subject to returns for refund within 14 days of purchase as long as items are still in resellable condition i.e. new, unworn. To initiate a return please contact our support team at royalsoulsclothing@gmail.com -- please include "Returns" in the subject line.

Once the return label is issued, you will have another 14 days to ship out items with the carrier. Please note you will be responsible for return shipping costs associated with your item unless the item was defective upon arrival or any other mistakes on our end i.e. wrong item shipped.

We apologize for any inconvenience if you receive a incorrect or damaged item. In this case we will issue a prepaid shipping label and cover the shipping costs for return and reshipment.

We reserve the right to refuse a return for refund for any items that are damaged, worn, or altered in any way. If we receive a returned item that cannot be resold, we will notify you and offer to ship the item back to you at your expense. If you choose not to have item returned, we will dispose of item accordingly. 

Examples of item that cannot be returned are:

  • items with any apparent malfunctions -- any tears, rips, or stains
  • items that seem to have been worn -- strong odors (smoke, perfume/cologne)
  • items with missing packaging -- tags, cards, etc.
